Requirements:
Bachelor's degree 6–8 years of experience in medical device marketing or product management, preferably with capital equipment or healthcare technology. Proven success supporting upstream product planning and downstream commercialization in complex healthcare environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills. Highly organized, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating with autonomy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua).
Responsibilities:
Lead lifecycle planning for existing product lines. Support definition and prioritization of product requirements. Translate unmet customer needs into product feature requirements. Partner with Product Management and R&D to assess trade-offs. Own commercialization planning and launch execution. Develop compelling value propositions and messaging frameworks. Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness. Analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities. Create actionable insights for portfolio prioritization and pricing. Define and track success metrics for product launches. Evaluate product performance post-launch.
