Manage day-to-day execution and optimization of campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Influencer, and other growth marketing channels. Collaborate with creative partners, designers, and influencers to maintain a pipeline of performance creative. Set up, test, deploy, and analyze experiments (creative, discount, user journey, attribution, etc.). Own cost reporting and campaign setup. Report on and improve key KPIs, providing actionable insights and identifying strategic opportunities. Work cross-functionally with the broader team to support seasonal initiatives and changes to brand positioning. Identify and pursue new growth opportunities, tools, and platforms. Develop ad creative, QA tracking links, or pull ad hoc performance reports. Test new potential marketing channels to ensure continuous business growth.
