Responsibilities:
Lead all commercial aspects of the customer lifecycle, including renewals, expansions, and AI consumption growth. Build a predictable renewal and expansion forecast model. Own Zenoti’s Net Revenue Retention (NRR) target. Define and execute playbooks for upsell, cross-sell, and multi-product adoption. Drive the monetization and expansion of AI-based consumption products. Lead the commercial account management and renewal teams.
