Requirements:
5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology company. Deep, demonstrable understanding of the fleet compliance ecosystem, including ELD mandates, DVIR, IFTA fuel tax reporting, and other relevant regulations. Proven track record of managing and launching successful products throughout their entire lifecycle. Strong technical background with the ability to engage in detailed conversations with engineers about architecture, APIs, and technical trade-offs. Demonstrated experience working collaboratively and effectively with sales, marketing, customer success, and leadership teams. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive product decisions. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities:
Develop, own, and execute the product roadmap for compliance-related features (ELD/HOS, DVIR, IFTA, emerging regulations). Serve as subject matter expert on fleet compliance, staying ahead of regulatory changes. Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis. Define product vision and establish KPIs. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and user stories. Collaborate with engineering and UX/UI design in an agile environment. Manage the entire product lifecycle. Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success for go-to-market strategies. Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and validate concepts. Support sales and customer success teams as product expert.
