Experience designing policy campaigns using tools like power mapping, strategy charts, and narrative development. Strong familiarity with how state and local agencies function. Demonstrated relationship-building with grassroots groups, labor, environmental justice organizations, and policymakers. Proven track record of delivering policy wins and moving ideas from strategy through implementation. Strong project management skills. Cultural competency and emotional intelligence. Recruit and build an aligned coalition of labor, community, economic development organizations, and farmers. Assess the industry landscape and engage key leaders and partners. Collaborate in developing comprehensive campaign plans. Develop policy platform and build case with the Governor’s office and stakeholders. Research cost structures and economic benefits of green fertilizer. Translate interest into momentum for transforming the fertilizer industry.
