Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 3-5 Years of related professional experience in the benefits administration or technology industry 3+ Years of experience using Benefitsolver Ability to manage projects and multiple priorities Keen attention to detail Creative thinker and resourceful problem solver Working knowledge of business processes, system development and process improvements Experience with and understanding of various technologies and platforms Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management, communication and organizational skills Ability to learn new technology Some travel required

Scope and build product demonstrations Personalize system builds to specific client needs Review benefit guides and RFP materials Lead conversations in discovery sessions Participate in product launches Ensure system configuration meets opportunity needs Follow build process documentation Report bugs and work with the Product team Review and prioritize open tasks Complete self-QA on system build work Maintain capacity and productivity measurements Participate in training sessions and webinars Continuous learning and development Support sales opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle
