Requirements:

Ability to influence and close using trust-based selling. Skilled at meeting or exceeding sales and service KPIs. Proficiency with CRM tools and strong organizational skills. Fast and accurate typing (40+ WPM). Thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment delivering outstanding customer care.
Responsibilities:
Convert inbound and outbound calls into confirmed vehicle service appointments. Achieve and exceed KPIs for conversion rates, upsells, cross-sells, and revenue goals. Recommend additional repairs, maintenance packages, and service upgrades. Provide VIP white glove customer service. Communicate clearly with customers about services, timelines, and costs. Use CRM to track leads, schedule appointments, and document customer interactions. Collaborate with shop teams for seamless handoffs and follow-through.
