Part-Time Technical Advisor - AI Systems & Automation

3+ years in AI systems, backend development, or workflow automation Hands-on experience with GPT APIs, LangChain, vector databases, and automation tools Strong API, webhook, and backend troubleshooting experience Ability to write clear, structured documentation and explain decisions Prefer working independently with asynchronous flexibility Bonus: Experience mentoring or supporting junior engineers remotely

Provide architectural direction and high-level input on GPT-based automations and AI workflows Assist in building or reviewing integrations using OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Pinecone, Zapier/Make, or webhooks Troubleshoot back-end logic, webhooks, or token/auth issues Offer asynchronous support via Looms, written documentation, or technical notes Write or review scripts where needed (Python/JavaScript) Suggest scalable, maintainable solutions that support long-term efficiency
