Minimum of 5 years of legal experience advising the life sciences industry, with a focus on medical devices. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and commercial contracting within the med device industry. Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills with the ability to convey complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Active admission to practice law in your state of primary residence.

Conduct legal reviews of promotional materials and activities for medical device products to ensure compliance with FDA regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, regulatory affairs, and compliance, to develop compliant and effective promotional strategies. Provide legal guidance on advertising, labeling, and promotional activities across various media platforms, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory requirements. Stay informed of industry trends, legal developments, and regulatory changes affecting medical device marketing and promotion. Participate in promotional review committees, providing legal oversight and guidance on marketing initiatives and materials. Assist in the development and delivery of internal policies and training programs related to promotional activities for medical devices. Identify potential risks in promotional activities and recommend mitigation strategies to minimize legal exposure.
