Product Manager – Employee & Employer Experience

3-5 years of PM experience in B2B2C or operational SaaS Passionate about crafting intuitive workflows and reducing friction in regulated spaces Data-literate: you ask the right questions, run or spec analyses, and measure outcomes Comfortable driving initiatives with limited precedent or guidance Clear communicator and systems thinker

Own and deliver roadmap priorities for employer and employee-facing workflows Use research, data, and experimentation to shape product decisions Collaborate deeply with design and ops to ensure experiences are simple, accurate, and scalable Balance the needs of multiple user types: employees, HR admins, managers, and more Tackle ambiguous, complex problem areas and work across teams to find elegant solutions Shape a product that directly impacts people during some of the most important moments of their lives
