Senior CFO & Advisory Solutions Associate

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance CPA or CFA license preferred Minimum of six years accounting, financial planning & analysis experience Public accounting experience is preferred Extensive knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) Proven ability to synthesize complex financial information for diverse audiences Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial reporting tools, experience with QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, or similar service orientation Experience working independently in a remote environment is preferred Nonprofit accounting experience preferred

Serve as a strategic financial advisor to nonprofit clients, supporting executive teams and boards Develop and maintain multi-year financial forecasts, cash flow projections, and scenario analyses Lead the preparation and presentation of board reporting packages and management dashboards Perform high-level financial analysis, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks Guide clients through budgeting processes, including annual budgets and mid-year reforecasts Support clients during audits, compliance reviews, and strategic planning sessions Drive improvements in financial reporting tools and advisory service delivery
