Solution Engineer DACH (m/w/d)

Passion for cybersecurity, SaaS, and enhancing security awareness. Strong presentation and communication skills. 2 + years in a similar role (pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting). Technical familiarity with security awareness training platforms, SaaS architecture, and integrations is a plus. Business fluent in German and English. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Demonstrate the business and technical value of SoSafe’s cybersecurity awareness platform to customers. Drive technical discovery sessions to understand customer problems. Deliver outcome-driven demos of features like training, risk analytics, and phishing simulations. Provide guidance on technical integrations (SSO, SCIM, LMS, API). Advise customers on best practices for phishing simulations and human risk assessments. Assist with proof-of-concept (POC) evaluations and pilot implementations. Address security questionnaires and RFPs. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams for market feedback and enablement.
