Define and maintain risk appetite frameworks and credit policies for global lending activities. Innovate on policies and valuation frameworks based on product evolution. Lead Credit Risk Committee meetings, ensuring strategic alignment and data-driven discussions. Design and implement credit performance monitoring systems. Anticipate macroeconomic and competitive trends, providing strategic recommendations. Conduct risk diagnostic assessments of lending strategies and decisioning. Identify growth opportunities through data-informed, risk-adjusted insights. Partner with Product and Data Science for decisioning innovation. Provide executive-level syntheses on risk performance to CEO, Board, and Finance teams.
