Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or recruiting, ideally within IT staffing. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern recruiting tools. Existing client or candidate network in IT (preferred but not required). Open to other Vertical Niches.
Responsibilities:
Develop relationships with new and existing clients within the IT and other verticals. Identify hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates that meet client expectations. Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing to placement. Represent Avant Tech’s brand at industry events and networking opportunities. Collaborate with our leadership team to align business goals and strategies.
