5+ years of high-performance sales experience, with a strong track record of closing large, complex deals.
Proven ability to generate $2M+ in annual sales, ideally in digital solutions or talent services.
Deep understanding of digital transformation, consulting, and executive talent acquisition.

Responsibilities:
Drive aggressive outbound sales efforts, generating new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and cold outreach.
Identify, pursue, and close new clients, exceeding sales targets and continuously expanding Servant’s market reach.
Own and drive the sales process—developing leads, crafting compelling proposals, leading negotiations, and closing high-value deals.
Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy that positions Servant Digital and Servant Talent as premier solutions within the faith and digital transformation ecosystem.
Take full control of your sales pipeline, managing leads from initial contact to contract execution, ensuring consistent deal flow and high conversion rates.
Leverage market intelligence, industry research, and networking to uncover new growth opportunities.
Confidently engage with CEOs, Founders, and Senior Executives, presenting customized solutions that align with their mission and business needs.
Masterfully navigate complex deals, overcome objections, and close high-value contracts with a focus on long-term client partnerships.
