5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or applied AI roles Familiarity with building APIs, data pipelines, and ML integrations Good understanding of generative AI architectures, including experience using or deploying AI models Strong systems thinking and ability to map business problems to technical architectures Effective communication, ability to translate business and technical topics to all audiences Eager to own problems end-to-end and fill missing gaps Comfort operating in early-stage companies Ability to travel up to 50%

Ideate, scope, and build pre-sales technical solutions/reference architectures for BDH deployment Partner with engineers to deploy BDH directly in customer environments Collaborate with hyperscaler partners to align BDH deployments with cloud-native infrastructure Create solutions and content to accelerate the GTM motion Lead technical discovery workshops with CTOs and heads of AI/Innovation Serve as the bridge between customer environments and Pathway’s research teams Develop reusable solution patterns for enterprise customers Codify best practices into internal playbooks and technical documentation
