Staff Engineer, Full Stack (Remote, US)

7+ years of industry experience building complex software Full-stack expertise with significant experience in backend (Python) and frontend (TypeScript/React) Bachelors/Masters degree in computer science or demonstrated software industry experience Strong SQL skills and proficiency with SQL databases Strong understanding and appreciation for building high-quality, pixel-perfect user interfaces Extensive experience leading the design of complex software systems, with deep understanding of architectural patterns and best practices Proven experience leading the design of complex software systems Ability to work independently, manage large projects, and solve complex problems Highly independent with ability to scope, break down work, and drive completion of major initiatives through self-sufficiency Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and mentoring skills
