Senior Consultant | AI Strategy (Remote)

Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree/certifications preferred. 8+ years experience leading technical consulting engagements with a focus on data science, data transformation, AI/data architectures, advanced analytics, or similar platform implementation. 5+ years experience developing successful data science, advanced analytics, or AI deployment and integration strategies. Understanding of generative AI concepts (RAG, MCP, quantization, Agentic AI, prompt engineering). Familiarity with AI and Machine Learning technologies, methods, tools (GitHub, PyTorch, TensorFlow), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), programming languages (Python, R), and data architecture patterns. Comfortable leading diverse stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI opportunities. Up-to-date understanding of AI industry trends and emerging technologies. Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent time management skills. Ability to approach customer requests proactively and consultatively. Strong influencing skills. Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills for C-Level executives and non-technical audiences. Conflict negotiation and critical thinking skills. Ability to travel when needed.

Develop comprehensive AI strategy frameworks aligning with client objectives. Conduct market research for emerging AI trends and Go-to-Market strategies. Create strategic roadmaps for AI adoption and digital transformation. Evolve and execute AI use case workshops and process mapping. Develop thought leadership content for AI capabilities. Coordinate with Innovation, Governance, Data, and AI Solutioning teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI strategy alignment. Support sales/account teams with AI strategy expertise. Engage with C-level executives to articulate AI strategy and impacts. Facilitate strategic AI workshops and executive briefings. Develop AI strategy alignment mechanisms between technology, business, and leadership. Build relationships with AI technology partners and thought leaders. Collaborate with clients to understand challenges and define roadmaps. Lead AI use case discovery workshops. Develop AI strategy assessments for enterprises. Guide clients on technology/data selection and build vs buy decisions. Lead cross-functional teams and manage projects (scope, requirements, resources, budget). Stay updated on AI trends, technologies, and best practices. Develop AI strategy publications and research. Represent Trace3 at AI conferences and industry forums.
