Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment automation, talent operations, or tech implementation Strong understanding of recruitment platforms, workflows, and automation best practices Practical experience using tools such as Zapier, Make.com, ChatGPT, or RPA solutions Knowledge of CRM and ATS systems and how to integrate them Technically capable – familiar with APIs, data flows, and low-code/no-code solutions Analytical thinker with experience reporting on performance metrics and automation outcomes Strong communication skills and ability to train non-technical team members Access to a reliable laptop, fast internet, and a quiet, professional home workspace
