Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on upselling or account expansion, preferably within the hotel tech space
  • Experience and/or education in hospitality operations
  • Strong understanding of hospitality industry trends and challenges
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Business Suite, Groove, Zendesk, Canva, Generative A.I.
  • Willingness to travel as required (< 10%)
Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed ambitious targets and revenue goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proactively identify upselling opportunities
  • Position additional software products or features
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations
  • Collaborate with onboarding and product teams
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities
