Experience in Sales / Sales Development Representative roles, or customer-facing role (Sales, Management consulting, Customer Success) is a plus. Strong written & verbal communication skills (Fluency in English and French). Highly organised with exceptional follow-up skills. Empathy and passion for understanding and solving prospects' problems. Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building. Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth. Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models. Great attitude and ability to collaborate in a team.
