Requirements:
Experience in Sales / Sales Development Representative roles, or customer-facing role (Sales, Management consulting, Customer Success) is a plus. Strong written & verbal communication skills (Fluency in English and French). Highly organised with exceptional follow-up skills. Empathy and passion for understanding and solving prospects' problems. Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building. Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth. Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models. Great attitude and ability to collaborate in a team. Hiring within the A1-B1 level range.
Responsibilities:
Generate meetings with prospects to achieve company objectives. Develop outbound sales leads and respond to product inquiries. Run email campaigns to generate new sales prospects. Complete accurate tracking of communication with customers in CRM. Realize quick lead qualification before allocating leads to an Account Executive. Represent company's products with deep understanding and consumer research. Increase ownership of engaging with clients and closing deals.
