Design and execute Sky’s USDS demand-growth strategy Lead end-to-end partnership and integration efforts across DeFi/crypto and TradFi institutions Establish KPIs linking BD activities to USDS growth Create the BD operational structure, including processes and resourcing Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing BD team Implement data-driven reporting to measure impact Aggregate and synthesize market trends Analyze market segments to identify use cases for USDS Collaborate with Product on roadmap based on partner needs Generate market hypotheses and run pilots Scan market gaps and formulate theses for new Star incubation Coordinate with Stars on BD motions
