Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Drive ecosystem expansion by partnering with Web3 projects seeking turnkey rewards infrastructure solutions. Identify, qualify, and close deals with blockchain projects, DeFi protocols, and token communities. Sell 'Rewards Infrastructure in a Box' through SDK to 2M+ merchants. Drive partnership pipeline by identifying high-value projects and protocols. Execute strategic deals ranging from SDK integrations to full white-label marketplace deployments. Accelerate SP Total Value Locked (TVL) and SP Spend Volume. Design partnership models including revenue-sharing and token buyback programs. Bridge Web2 & Web3 by educating traditional loyalty programs on DeFi-infused rewards. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to post-partnership support. Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams. Track and optimize partnership performance and analyze ecosystem growth metrics.
