Requirements
- Experience in social media management, posting, or creative project coordination
- Strong copywriting, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfortable being client-facing and managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced creative environments
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (Later, Planable, Sprout, etc.) is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain content calendars across multiple creator and brand accounts
- Handle daily posting and scheduling across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and X)
- Write engaging captions, post copy, and short-form content
- Support campaigns tied to partnerships, launches, or brand collaborations
- Join client calls and act as a communication bridge
- Capture feedback from meetings and translate it into actionable deliverables
- Track all content and project deliverables inside ClickUp
- Identify opportunities to improve posting consistency, workflow efficiency, and content performance
