Experience creating conversion copy for large-scale campaigns (email and ads) at a fast-growth startup Varied portfolio of copy across print and digital, short form to long form Proven experience shaping brand guidelines and tone of voice Familiarity with the publishing industry and writing craft concepts Experience with email marketing, conversion optimization, and A/B testing Track-record creating significant growth for an early stage company or scale-up Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics tools Native-level English speaker

Develop a consistent brand voice and tone Write copy for landing pages, lead magnets, email campaigns, and social media ads Generate new creative ideas to convert traffic Report on A/B test results, email campaign stats, and social media ad performance Assist in audience segmentation for tailored messaging Collaborate with content creators on ad and modal copy, graphic assets, storyboards, and video scripts
