Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field or a certified course in marketing or business.
- At least 2 years experience in Social Media or related fields.
- Excellent English communication skills (at least B2 level).
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in graphic design software (Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign).
- Compelling portfolio of creative work.
- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation.
- Working Webcam.
- Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
- Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection (main), 10 Mbps (backup).
Responsibilities
- Upload and curate multimedia content and manage interactions.
- Gather audience data, industry trends, and competitor insights.
- Develop content calendars, campaign schedules, and posts.
- Collaborate with internal teams on content and strategy.
- Moderate conversations and manage customer feedback.
- Research influencers and businesses for partnerships.
- Create written content for social media.
- Assist Ad Manager with social media ad campaigns.
- Conduct general administration.
- Perform ad hoc tasks.
