Requirements:
2-4 years experience in marketing operations or related roles Strong experience in Hubspot Familiarity with navigating Salesforce Understanding of the Hubspot <> Salesforce Integration Understanding of common CRM/MAP integrations with sales/marketing systems Ability to troubleshoot issues within the marketing technology stack Ability to be client-facing Comfortable with ambiguity Meticulous and capable of documenting strategies and processes Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
Responsibilities:
Manage and perform Hubspot setups Clean up existing Marketing Automation Platforms/CRMs Ensure native platform integration syncs are accurate and clean Strategize sales and marketing alignment automation Lead program strategy and implementation Build various reports and dashboards Lead qualification automation optimizations Campaign structure, creation, & SOPs System troubleshooting & additional customizations High-level sales operations processes and functions within the CRM Support internal growth of the Marketing Ops Department Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
