Identify market opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape. Lead the sales team for relentless achievement of revenue goals. Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with marketing and product development for go-to-market strategies. Build and achieve yearly commercial targets, including revenue, distribution, and trade spend. Lead negotiation and guidance for commercial terms and retailer authorizations. Analyze and develop promotion strategies. Guide, mentor, and directly lead the Sales team. Foster a high-performance culture focused on achieving sales targets. Build and maintain strong buyer/merchant and senior leadership relationships. Ensure high level of timely and effective responses to retailers/buyers. Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams.
