VP, Product Management (Platform & Signature Experience)

10+ years of progressive experience in product leadership. At least 5 years at VP level or higher. Experience managing complex platform-as-a-service (PaaS) or database products. Deep technical fluency in modern database technology. Deep technical fluency in cloud-native architecture (Kubernetes). Deep technical fluency in data migration strategies. Deep technical fluency in hybrid/multi-cloud environments. Proven ability to define and deliver a world-class User Experience (UX) for highly technical, enterprise-grade software. Demonstrable experience managing product teams responsible for infrastructure, monitoring, or core platform services. Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical roadmaps and strategic visions.

Define the strategic vision and roadmap for platform user experiences and services. Lead the execution and delivery of Signature Experiences. Drive product requirements for the Platform UX layer. Drive operational excellence across platform services (reliability, performance, cost-efficiency, scalability, security, compliance). Evaluate emerging technologies and create platform technology strategy. Oversee execution and delivery of key platform services (Hybrid Manager, Telemetry, Migrations, Partner Marketplace). Define product roadmap for Hybrid Manager enhancements. Establish and drive strategy for the Telemetry pipeline. Guide the Migrations roadmap. Ensure platform supports Reference Architectures. Define technical integration requirements for the Partner Marketplace. Collaborate with OLTP & HA and Analytics & AI product leaders.
