Senior Network Engineer

5+ years of experience in networking and at least one major cloud platform, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP In-depth knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing Strong experience in configuring and maintaining network devices, such as routers, switches, and firewalls Coding Experience (Python, YAML, GO) Proficiency in cloud services across multiple cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, and cloud management tools, such as AWS CLI and Azure PowerShell Familiarity with security best practices, such as access control, encryption, and monitoring Experience with monitoring and alerting tools like Datadog Experience with Infrastructure as code (Terraform or CloudFormation) Customer focused approach to managing tickets and tasks Leadership: Can lead a team working multiple tasks to a cohesive and timely conclusion Ownership: Unwilling to let a project fail if it has your name on it Project leadership: Able to design and deliver a full project that takes into account not just technology, but how administrators, management, and employees need to interact with a new function or system Judgment: Able to see priorities and delegate appropriately Familiar and comfortable with on-call responsibilities

Design and implement network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and VPN, across multiple cloud platforms Configure and maintain network devices, such as routers, switches, and firewalls Troubleshoot network issues and provide technical support Design, implement, and maintain cloud computing services across multiple cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, and GCP Configure and maintain cloud services, such as VPC, security groups, and IAM, across multiple cloud platforms Ensure security and compliance of the network infrastructure and cloud services across multiple cloud platforms Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and perform regular backups Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, and security, to ensure smooth operations of the network and cloud services across multiple cloud platforms
