Build and maintain relationships with centers-of-influence and firms referring new business. Build and maintain relationships with NetSuite Sales Representatives. Review business requirements and RFP documents, develop RFP responses and bids. Perform scoping and requirements gathering sessions. Draft implementation proposals and statements of work. Draft implementation project plans, work breakdown structure, and resource allocations. Present solutions, proposals, and implementation methodologies to clients. Negotiate pricing, scope, timeline, and resourcing with clients. Articulate firm's advantages and introduce professional services teams. Mobilize teams and serve as a sponsor for implemented projects. Develop and foster long-lasting client relationships. Assist in Go-To-Market development, including technical marketing content and event participation. Contribute to firm development and serve as a thought leader.
