Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline. 5+ years of experience in defense, aerospace, or satellite communications business development or strategic partnerships. Proven record of success selling to or through U.S. defense primes such as L3 Harris, General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman. Deep understanding of U.S. DoD acquisition processes, contracting vehicles (IDIQ, OTA, GWAC), and capture management methodologies. Working knowledge of SATCOM, tactical networking, or space-based communications systems. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Must be a U.S. Person eligible for a Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred). Willingness to travel across the U.S. and occasionally internationally.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to grow business across assigned defense primes and integrators. Identify opportunities to integrate ALL.SPACE technologies into prime contractor programs, pursuits, and modernization initiatives. Lead capture planning, qualification, and proposal development. Deliver against annual sales, bookings, and pipeline targets. Build and maintain trusted relationships with key personnel at major primes. Negotiate teaming agreements, NDAs, and partnership frameworks. Represent ALL.SPACE at prime industry days, technical interchange meetings and defense events. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Solutions teams to develop prime-ready integration packages. Translate mission and platform requirements into tailored solution proposals. Work with primes’ engineering and supply-chain teams to ensure compliance. Shape pursuit strategies and manage proposal efforts. Lead ALL.SPACE’s role in prime-led responses. Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and account plans in CRM systems. Track DoD funding priorities, acquisition reforms, and technology roadmaps. Provide ongoing competitive intelligence and insights. Support supplier onboarding and qualification processes. Ensure adherence to export controls, cybersecurity, and government quality standards. Coordinate with internal teams on rate cards, data-rights strategy, and compliance documentation.
