Inbound Sales Representative (Remote/Eastern Time)

Two or more years of experience in inside sales/inbound call center. History of exceeding sales targets. Ability to multitask (talk on phone and take notes simultaneously). Strong computer and typing skills (Word, Excel). Ability to learn and navigate internal CRM system.

Act as an expert resource for families on senior care options. Take inbound, pre-screened leads remotely. Conduct in-depth initial consultation calls with families. Educate families on customized senior care options and best-matching communities. Liaise between families and senior housing communities/care providers. Refer families to communities and schedule tours.
