LXD - Learning Experience Designer - AI x EdTech (Full remote - French fluent 🇫🇷)

3-6 years experience in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education preferred). Shipped at least one major feature or product end-to-end with measurable results. Comfortable with AI tools and Figma. Proven track record of designing and delivering digital learning experiences. Portfolio of one or more "cinematic / narrative-rich" courses or learning programs. Craft-obsessed with a doer mentality and bias for outcomes. Strong writing skills and editorial thinking. Strong aesthetic sensibility. User and Impact Obsessed, thinking in outcomes. Critical Thinker, able to turn vague problems into clear hypotheses. Digital and AI savvy, able to build AI Agents or demonstrate ability to learn. Native French language. Fluent English for professional communication.

Own the full learning system architecture and execution. Design learning journeys, scripting experiences engaging heart and brain. Ensure features support the Paradox ecosystem (Loops, PX Agents, Protocols, Membership). Craft new courses with experts, translating their genius into cinematic, science-based journeys. Lead end-to-end course design, from strategy to content delivery. Own scripting, copywriting, and creation of educational assets. Conduct research to inform course goals, learner personas, and curriculum structure. Write and optimize prompt chains for AI conversations and loops. Review conversations with AI to refine agents. Define KPIs of transformation (not just completion). Iterate on courses using learner data, feedback, and performance metrics. Analyze user problems and identify where transformation breaks.
