Requirements:
3-6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education preferred). Shipped at least one major feature or product end-to-end with measurable results. Comfortable with AI tools and Figma. Proven track record of designing and delivering digital learning experiences. Portfolio of "cinematic / narrative-rich" courses or learning programs. Native French fluency. Fluent English communication.
Responsibilities:
Own the full learning system architecture and execution. Design learning journeys that engage heart and brain. Ensure features support the Paradox ecosystem. Co-create courses with top performers. Lead end-to-end course design, including scripting and copywriting. Conduct research to inform course goals and curriculum. Write and optimize prompt chains for AI agents. Review AI conversations to refine agents. Define KPIs of transformation and iterate on courses using data. Talk to users weekly and analyze patterns. Apply habit formation principles to drive practice and retention.
