LXD - Learning Experience Designer - AI x EdTech ( French fluent 🇫🇷)

3-6 years experience in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education preferred). Shipped at least one major feature or product end-to-end with measurable results. Comfortable with AI tools and Figma. Proven track record of designing and delivering digital learning experiences across various asset types. Portfolio of one or more "cinematic / narrative-rich" courses or learning programs. Craft-obsessed with a doer mentality and bias for outcomes. Strong writing skills and editorial thinking. Strong aesthetic sensibility. User and Impact Obsessed, thinking in outcomes. Critical Thinker, able to turn vague problems into clear hypotheses. Digital and AI savvy, able to build AI Agents or demonstrate ability to learn. Native French speaker. Fluent English for professional communication.

Design the full learning system architecture and execution. Script learning experiences engaging heart and brain. Ensure features support the Paradox ecosystem (Loops, PX Agents, Protocols, Membership). Craft new courses with experts and top performers. Lead end-to-end course design, including strategy, content delivery, scripting, copywriting, and asset creation. Conduct research to inform course goals, learner personas, and curriculum structure. Write and optimize prompt chains for AI conversations and loops. Review AI conversations to refine agents. Define KPIs of transformation and iterate on courses using learner data. Analyze user problems and apply principles of habit formation and behavioral triggers.
