Requirements:
3-6 years experience in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design. EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education experience preferred. Shipped at least one major feature or product end-to-end with measurable results. Comfortable with AI tools and Figma. Proven track record of designing and delivering digital learning experiences. Portfolio of one or more 'cinematic / narrative-rich' courses or learning programs. Native French language skills. Fluent English for professional communication. Ability to learn and apply AI Agent building concepts.
Responsibilities:
Own the full learning system architecture and execution. Design learning journeys that engage heart and brain. Ensure features support the Paradox ecosystem (Loops, PX Agents, Protocols, Membership). Craft new courses with experts and top performers. Lead end-to-end course design, scripting, copywriting, and asset creation. Conduct desk and user research for course goals and structure. Write and optimize prompt chains for AI conversations and loops. Review AI conversations to refine agents. Define KPIs of transformation and iterate based on learner data. Talk to users weekly to analyze patterns and identify transformation breaks. Apply principles from habit formation and behavioral triggers.
