Requirements:
3-6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education preferred). Shipped at least one major feature or product end-to-end with measurable results. Comfortable with AI tools and Figma. Proven track record of designing and delivering digital learning experiences across various asset types. Portfolio of one or more “cinematic / narrative-rich” courses or learning programs. Craft-obsessed with a doer mentality and bias for outcomes. Strong writing skills and experience producing high-quality content for external audiences. Strong aesthetic sensibility. User and Impact Obsessed, thinking in outcomes, not outputs. Critical Thinker, able to turn vague problems into clear hypotheses and challenge assumptions. Digital and AI savvy, able to build AI Agents or demonstrate ability to learn. Native French speaker. Fluent English speaker for conversations on specific details. Comfortable organizing calls with previous managers.
Responsibilities:
Own the full learning system architecture and execution, designing science-backed and captivating journeys. Script learning experiences that engage heart and brain, ensuring every element serves transformation. Ensure every feature supports the evolution of the Paradox ecosystem (Loops, PX Agents, Protocols, Membership). Craft new courses with experts, translating their genius into cinematic, science-based learning journeys. Lead end-to-end course design, from strategy to content delivery, including scripting and copywriting. Conduct research to inform course goals, learner personas, and curriculum. Write and optimize prompt chains for AI conversations, refining tone and flow. Review AI conversations to refine agents. Define KPIs of transformation and iterate on courses using data and feedback. Analyze user problems weekly and identify where transformation breaks. Apply principles from habit formation, self-determination theory, and behavioral triggers for daily practice and retention.
