Product Manager

Deep hands-on technical experience as an engineer, ideally security engineer with cloud or application security background. Understand how code is built, CI/CD pipelines, cloud architectures, and application security concepts. Specific experience with cloud security or application security domain. Collaborative mindset, working with engineering teams as partners. Comfort building in ambiguous environments and creating something from scratch. Ability to quickly learn technical concepts and operate effectively in a startup. Commercial thinking, understanding success measured by ARR growth and POC conversion. Willingness to spend time with customers understanding workflows and challenges.

Partner with engineering teams on problem-solving, providing product direction and customer context. Own a technical product area (automated remediation or code vulnerability detection). Leverage engineering expertise to understand complex technical concepts. Conduct customer research to validate hypotheses and translate security workflows into product requirements. Take new capabilities from concept to launch, establishing product-market fit. Make commercial product decisions balancing technical possibilities with commercial reality. Support go-to-market efforts, creating messaging and positioning.
