Requirements:
5+ years backend experience, including 3+ years with Go. Strong understanding of concurrency, distributed systems, and networking fundamentals. Experience designing microservices and cloud-native systems. Hands-on with testing, profiling, and performance optimization. Familiarity with monitoring and tracing tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry). Comfortable working with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git-based workflows.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain high-performance backend services in Go (Golang) for AI voice and analytics workloads. Design and implement microservices, event-driven architectures, and scalable APIs (REST, gRPC). Build systems handling real-time audio data, streaming pipelines, and AI integrations. Work with PostgresSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and message brokers like Kafka, SQS. Deploy and monitor production systems using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines on AWS / GCP. Collaborate with AI, data, and product teams to build reliable, high-throughput backend services. Ensure observability, scalability, and fault tolerance across distributed systems.
