12+ years of experience in AAA game development as a UX/UI designer At least one shipped multiplayer online game, preferably a shooter 3+ years of experience in Unreal - Slate, MVVM, UMG Experience in managing and working with outsource vendors for UI/UX Strong understanding of Unreal 5, Figma, Miro, and other tools needed for UI/UX art Experience with implementing art and animation assets into engine via Unreal Blueprints that have already been established Ability to create AAA quality UI art assets (Icons, Animations, Fonts, etc) within the Adobe Suite and Figma from concept to completion and implementation Strong understanding of iconography and graphic design and how it relates to game design An interest and passion in creating a seamless, enjoyable user experience for players Experience in creating prototypes and wireframes to showcase flow and demonstrate player experience Highly collaborative within and beyond the art team, and is able to identify gaps in communication and process Experience mentoring UI/UX artists in their growth, communicating feedback, and advocating for their success
