Credit Risk Officer (f/m/d)

5+ years of experience in SME credit risk or lending operations in a bank, fintech, or financial institution Strong background in debt financing; exposure to venture debt or tech financing is a big plus Strong understanding of credit documentation, including loan and security agreements Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and Data teams Fluent in English; German is a plus
