Operations Manager - Remote based in Philippines

2 to 3 years of experience as an operations manager working in an early-stage start-up environment Experience in supply chain and logistics is a big plus Professional fluency in the Google Suite, MS Excel, Word, and other relevant inventory and project management tools Ability to organize, analyze, and communicate data clearly using spreadsheets and other tools Ability to work independently, adapt, and problem-solve in response to changing circumstances and priorities Highly organized with extreme attention to detail Experience with sourcing products, conducting quality control, and vendor management Experience budgeting and forecasting Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment

Oversee operations for your region, ensuring success of processes and logistics related to social impact events. Act as the primary point of contact for all logistics-related queries. Identify and manage relationships with wholesalers, including negotiating rates and forecasting demand. Manage in-country warehouse and/or 3PL partners, including inventory tracking, material deliveries, and overall day-to-day operations. Implement regional and global processes to drive operational efficiency and document procedures through clear SOPs. Prepare and maintain cost estimates, reports, purchase records, and a supplier database. Support additional business operations as needed.
