2 to 3 years of experience as an operations manager in an early-stage start-up environment. Experience in supply chain and logistics is a big plus. Professional fluency in the Google Suite, MS Excel, Word, and other relevant inventory and project management tools. Ability to organize, analyze, and communicate data clearly. Ability to work independently, adapt, and problem-solve. Highly organized with extreme attention to detail. Experience with sourcing products, conducting quality control, and vendor management. Experience budgeting and forecasting. Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment. Passion for the company's mission and desire to make an impact through technology.
