Onboarding Implementation Assistant (Philippines-based, Remote)

1-3 years of experience in a customer onboarding, implementation, or operations support role Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail Comfortable learning and working within software platforms (SaaS experience a plus) Ability to follow step-by-step processes and deliver tasks on time Strong written and verbal English communication skills Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools or workflows Experience with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Notion, etc.) preferred

Execute account setup and configuration tasks Input client data, settings, and content Perform quality checks Communicate task progress and completion status Troubleshoot basic configuration issues or flag blockers Maintain detailed records of onboarding progress Follow standard operating procedures and contribute ideas for process improvement
