Requirements:

Design and operate the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to closing. Manage candidate data and perform analysis using Workable (ATS). Conduct recruitment PR (improve job descriptions, select media, strengthen branding). Collaborate and coordinate with management and departments. Propose recruitment improvements and explore new channels. Manage RPO and agents. Improve employee onboarding processes.
