8+ years experience in hands-on, senior, and highly autonomous security roles. Hands-on experience securing web applications. Experience designing secure solutions. Experience providing security feedback on design documentation and code reviews. Contributed meaningfully to company-level security strategy. Owned security programs end-to-end. Desire to directly manage and mentor a small group of security software engineers. Played a significant role in hiring for security professionals. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with functional leaders, product management, engineers, IT, and non-technical staff. Independently executed on a broad range of security initiatives (infrastructure, application, automating controls).

Drive accountability for application security company-wide. Directly manage 1-2 software security engineers. Identify, scope, and execute high-impact security work. Mentor team members and product engineers. Architect complex security solutions. Contribute to long-term security roadmap. Deliver continuous business value through AppSec and DevSecOps. Respond to and ensure remediation of security inquiries and incidents. Monitor industry security trends.
