Responsibilities:
Define health plan growth and account management strategy. Manage select health plan partnerships, including operations and growth. Drive growth of health plans' ASO business through relationship building and education. Manage overlapping Book of Business with health plan partners. Support new expansion sales across product lines. Oversee integration implementation with plan partners. Establish reporting and escalation paths for sales and client success. Partner with cross-functional teams for sales and client success processes. Convey rules of engagement for specific plan partners to GTM teams. Serve as content expert for sales and proposal development.
