5+ years as a Developer in the mobile gaming industry or adjacent. Advanced proficiency in C#. Proficiency in at least one other scripting language (e.g., Python, Lua). Experience in developing tools, editor extensions (e.g., for Unity), and automation scripts. A good understanding of interdisciplinary game development workflows and pipelines (design, art, engineering, QA). Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Gitlab CI) would be a plus. Experience with backend technologies would be a plus. Skilled in identifying performance bottlenecks and implementing optimizations. Good sense of user experience (for internal tools) and special attention to details. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to gather requirements from and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders (Designers, Artists, QA).
