Care about quality engineering practices: testing, observability, and shipping code that others can extend safely. Approach problems from the developer’s perspective. Pragmatic: re-architect fundamentals while still delivering incremental value. Contribute across the stack, backend first, but willing to work on UIs or tooling. Mentor peers through design reviews, pairing, and sharing knowledge openly.
