Comfortable designing and building scalable backend services with modern TypeScript runtimes and serverless/edge architectures. Experience (or strong curiosity) with agentic AI development: orchestrating LLMs, chaining tools, and evaluating results. Care about engineering quality: automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and secure-by-default design. Understand the challenges of real-time collaboration systems or are excited to dive in. Pragmatic about trade-offs: when to optimize for speed, scale, or simplicity. Thrive on close collaboration with designers and PMs. Write clear code, documentation, and design docs, and give thoughtful code reviews. Willing to tweak the Page Builder UI when it helps the team ship end-to-end. Curious about using AI as a force multiplier for engineering.
